To build a culture of inclusion and provide a place where players and families can congregate to celebrate their love of cricket.

• Giving all participants a go
• Play fairly without personal sledging
• Play hard within the rules
• Teach our juniors

• Taking a whole club perspective

• Leaving the bulk of the work to too few
